Mounteyes

Three platforms. One job: warn you before it becomes a loss.

An incident almost never begins where you notice it. It begins as a script writing a file it should not, a port answering that was closed yesterday, or someone standing beside a shutter slightly too long. Each of these platforms watches one of those places continuously, learns what normal looks like for you, and escalates the moment behaviour stops matching it.

ME AI SAWAIMS

AI Server, API & Website Monitoring and Security

One platform watching your server, your API and your website together — because an attacker moving between them does not treat them as three separate systems.

  • 24×7 AI monitoring of servers, network ports, traffic, logs and account activity
  • Behaviour-based defence that stops brand-new, unknown scripts
  • Automated malware cleanup, with firewall rules managed by our engineers
  • Application, web-server and password-hash security testing built in
  • Engineered to run without costing you server performance

ME NETWORK MONITORING

AI Network Monitoring & Vulnerability Scanning

Continuous visibility of what is on your network, what it is talking to, and which part of it is exploitable — before someone outside finds out first.

  • Network and port scanning with automatic service discovery
  • Traffic inspection and analysis against your own learned baseline
  • Scheduled vulnerability scanning, ranked by real exploitability
  • Alerts the moment a new device, port or service appears
  • An asset inventory that stays current without anyone maintaining it

ME AI CCTV MONITORING

AI CCTV Monitoring & Incident Alerting

AI watching your existing cameras for theft, fights, fire and gas emergencies and suspicious behaviour — with photo and video on your phone in seconds, and the emergency call already prepared.

  • Alerts with a still image and video clip the moment something happens
  • One-tap escalation to police and emergency numbers, clip attached
  • Theft, fight, fire, gas-leak, intrusion and loitering detection
  • Automatic entry and exit times for staff and members
  • Works with the cameras and DVR you already have

How all three are built

Proactive by design

Every detection is judged against what normal looks like for you, so the platform escalates on the signal that comes before an incident rather than the alarm that comes after it.

Automated first, human where it counts

Anything that can be safely handled without waking someone is. Everything else reaches an engineer with the evidence attached.

Honest about limits

No product stops everything, and we would rather lose a deal than claim otherwise. Every platform page states plainly what it does not promise.

Yours to leave

Your servers, your cameras, your logs, your data. On-premise processing wherever it is required, and no lock-in built on top of access you granted in good faith.

How an engagement actually runs

Monitoring is not something you buy and switch on the same afternoon, and any vendor who says otherwise is describing a demo rather than a deployment. This is the sequence we follow on every platform, and the stage you are at is the one we will tell you about honestly.

  1. Scoping conversation

We ask what you are running, what has already gone wrong, and what you would consider an unacceptable loss. No form-filling exercise and no pressure — the useful outcome of this call is often that a narrower engagement, or none at all, is the right answer. You leave it with a written scope: what would be watched, what would not, and what we would escalate on.

  2. Assessment before anything is installed

We look at what is actually there rather than what the documentation claims: exposed ports and services, what the servers are running and how they are patched, where the cameras point and where they do not, and which tools you already pay for. This routinely surfaces problems worth fixing before monitoring begins — a forgotten open port, an unpatched service, a blind spot at a back entrance. You get those findings in writing whether or not you go further with us.

  3. Deployment and alert routing

Collectors and agents go in, camera feeds are connected, and — the part most deployments get wrong — we agree who is actually contacted, on which channel, at three in the morning, and who is contacted when that person does not answer. An alert with no route is not a detection. A single server estate with a handful of cameras is usually a matter of days; a multi-site network takes longer, and we tell you which one you are at the scoping stage rather than after the invoice.

  4. Baseline period

The platform watches before it starts insisting. Normal is different for every business — your backup window, your stock deliveries, your closing routine — and alerting against a generic threshold from day one produces noise, and noise is how monitoring gets switched off in week three. During this window we tune with you and show you what would have fired and why. It is deliberately the least dramatic phase and it is the one that decides whether the alerts still mean anything in month six.

  5. Live monitoring, then review

Continuous monitoring, containment automated where it is safe to automate and recorded when it happens, and human escalation with the evidence attached for everything else. Then a standing review: what fired, what turned out to be nothing, what changed in your estate that the baseline needs to learn. Environments drift, and monitoring that is never revisited slowly stops describing the thing it is watching.

What we need from you

Short list, and worth knowing before you enquire rather than after.

  • Authorisation from someone who can actually grant it — we monitor and test only systems you own or are authorised to assess, and we will ask you to confirm this in writing.
  • Access scoped to the work: the specific servers, feeds or network segments in scope, and nothing wider. We never need a password from you personally, an OTP, or a recovery code.
  • A named contact who can make a decision during an incident, plus a fallback for when they are unreachable.
  • A decision on what may be contained automatically and what must wait for a human. This is your call, not ours, and it is the single most consequential setting in the deployment.
